wa. my fedex's redmi stuck at transit. sian... since yesterday morning

I read from xiaomi site that every Friday got updates? Is it update to the miui interface? But last Friday seem to have no update

My Wi-Fi speed is slower than my data.
Any idea how to solve this issue?
No problem with my computer or my mother phone

i got 2 routers at home, 1 can only hit 2-3mpbs...the other 1 can go up to 30mpbs...
both are on same network..... so weird.
