Go to settings -> general settings -> sound, and select vibration. Choose between Light, Medium, or Strong.

Me too, kept showing the dead android. I booted in the factory mode and did a quick test and it said the board failed. Not sure if it is a hardware issue. No problem with my Note and 1S though.

Under Vibrate, i can see Vibrate in Silent Mode and Vibrate when ringing only...
