after upgrading to V19, at times my apps will crash. for e.g., when i am surfing the browser, it will load and auto goes back to main screen.

i used instagram and when i clicked on the snap button, it goes back to the main screen

xiaomi note autoshutdown

hi anyone faced this problem ? i just received my note last Friday, tested it for 2 days and already i have autoshutdown problem very frequently while my phone is in idling mode. I have to long pressed power button to restart it.

Go to settings/storage and clear your cache. That should give you extra space to install your apps.

You sure you went to the correct shop?
I think it's ecare mobile, found it on carousell and facebook. Not sure they got apply or not, lazy call and check since I ordered 1pcs from ebay already.
