How to disable MIUI Updater from autorun? Kind of useless when it keep downloading the "latest" ROM when one wishes to stick to older version (currently on v16). By "latest" I meant v19 when v26 is currently available.
If you are still on v16 you won't be able to update to v26 in one shot.
What is the error? Do you have an SD card in the phone?
Exact same problem I'm facing too.......
Still having problems to update? By the way how much phone storage left on your Redmi? If you have less than 400MB, just put in an SD card before you update.

I don't see why not! It all depend on which ROM pack, full or incremental, that the Updater download to the phone.

Hi people,anyone of you able to root the redmi first version? Very desperate always need uninstall other program before can download new programs. My miui is 26.

Any singtel users here? The data usage on my Redmi is always different from Singtel's check usage. Singtel check usage is always higher
That's what I didn't like abt miui. U can always use an app for that. Try "Call Timer - Data Usage" from playstore.
Make sure you have at least the correct cycle reset date set.
Obviously Singtel will have its own way of adding/rounding certain parts of data traffic which can account for the discrepancies. I doubt that any 3rd party app can do a better job.

If you check the disclaimer section on MySingTel app, the usage stats are updated hourly and they are just estimates.
Similar to other third party apps and built-in services on other phone models, these trackers just give you a gauge.
On MySingTel app, you can preset alerts to be sent (email or SMS) whenever you hit 80 or 100% of your data bundle.
