maybe lower $100m like golden mile can clinch liao.
I think need to lower by more than $100m for Thomson View. If this plot is GLS, I reckon it’s worth $1250 psf. But being a large enbloc plot with more uncertainty, it will need to be below $1200 psf ppr to attract developers interest.

The tender for Thomson View Condominium will close at 3pm on June 8 this year.

Purchased by Singhaiyi. They are the only one who can afford billion dollar alone.

Don't know la, I am not agent. Wait for the news (if any).

Some developers probably retracted offers to participate in GLS.
There are definitely more developers that have billion dollar war chests, but maybe only one SHY type of thinking. Unfortunately for Thomson View owners, SHY chose Dunman at $1350 psf but not TV at possibly $1200 psf.

Lakepoint enbloc also close today. I think they have much better chance of success there !

Unlikely this would have gone through I think. Glad to be proven otherwise.

They quite suay in timing. Dec cooling measures, then GLS announcements this past week

means got 80% yet or no

If those “greedy” Thomson View residents listen to my advice 2 years ago and lower their $950m reserve price by $100m, they would not have to wait till now !

And now with the harmonised GFA, the developers lowball them another $40-$50m lesser !
