Sad lor. I would have been interested in AP too. But no point for me now to go direct to AP boutique (spreading resources too thin). At least it’s good that our boutique still have PP.
Oh and recently they open a new MB&F boutique but won’t be a brand I’m getting

Doesn’t seem normal. For the SA I’m with, he / she is willing to transfer the models (which is not available at that boutique) from other boutique to their boutique to sell to his/her customers. If you go to the other outlets to get that watch, then the name of sales person which will appear on the invoice will be under the SA of that boutique instead of your regular SA.

yes i was also confused when she directed me to other boutique. Same AD as urs, their exclusive brand somemore. So totally dunno what to do next lol

That’s strange. Or is it that your SA thought your intention is really to just buy this particular model and you are not really interested in using this purchase to ask for a Rolex professional model later on? Did you try to clarify with her?

SA was well informed on my intention of getting a Rolex. Probably I give off the idea that I want to buy hublot quick so was directed to other boutique. Told her I am willing to wait for SA to get the hublot. see wat SA reply next

I see, so you made clear the intention of getting a Rolex. I think transferring the watch from other boutiques won’t take too many days. Even if you are eager to purchase the Hublot fast, doesn’t make much of a difference to wait for a few more days or another week at most. And I thought your SA would be keen to sell more watches, some more a THG exclusive model. A little bizarre that she almost gave the sale to another colleague of another branch.

Nowadays SA think more sales means more stress.
Have to entertain never ending calls from customers and ti ti have to beg manager for rolex allocations.
