Nope. Guessing i not VIP
this is beside the point. Whether VIP or not, when you demonstrated willingness to stick to her for the profile building, you are giving her the business and supporting her, as a professional sales person, she needs to support you in return. I’m a little surprised by the behaviour.

I got a typical standard reply: "U slowly wait". I wondering whether Hublot not same status as rolex ar LOL
Maybe I can fathom something out from my own experience of buying from THG.
Are you able to share if you have already bought watches from this SA before and if she have helped you obtain an allocation for a Rolex sports model before this Hublot interest? Or is this hublot sort of like the first “bundle deal” request from you so to speak?

Hi all, I'm posting to ask for your advice on what to do. I started out my journey with AD in Dec last year. I bought a Hublot big bang ceramic and 2 other non rolex watches with a purchase history of about 40k all from same SA and branch. I registered interest for a SS datejust 41 but haven't got an allocation for about 9 mths now. Been visiting my SA every few months and texting him but always get the usual answer that there's no stock. I'm quite sure he's not looking out for me so what should I do?

Your situation is quite precarious tbh. U already committed to this SA with 40k purchases and even if you want to change SA, ur spending needs to start from zero.

I think it will be good for u to talk to her f2f and find out if she's just leading you in circles or really something that's beyond her.

Your situation sounded a bit like dealing with a rather junior sales person at the AD who needed to clock sales but at same time too junior in rank that he’s not confident to push for an allocation for you and hence not committing anything for you yet (the senior sales exec, assistant manager or boutique manager can do more in such instances).
you have committed 40k in the purchases already. I think need to be upfront to him that you expected more and if he is not doing anything for you, ask him to be specific upfront. You can change to another SA but seriously it means starting from scratch.
While it is true that Rolex had in general cut the production of classic SS pieces, 9 months is just ridiculous. With your purchases, especially THG exclusive Hublot Big Bang and 2 other non Rolex watches, should already been able to get a Submariner, let alone a DJ SS.

What is the configuration of the dj41? As in what dial? Could be the demand is very high for the piece you asked.

I first started out with a junior sales person several years back when this Rolex and lux watch craze hasn’t start. I got a GMT TT then from this SA. A few years later when this profile building thing started, I contacted him to ask for a few Rolex professionals. His reply is merely no stock, unable to help. I even made it clear I would be willing to get some watches from him if it helps but he just do not respond and didn’t even want the additional watch business. At least, I think he is honest that he is unable to help people like me get an allocation and doesn’t want to lead me on, despite I had wanted to give him some biz.
I think it is not so good of those that despite knowing the client is expecting to be able to get some Rolex popular models after some non Rolex purchases, still sell those watches to the client without specifying upfront that he is not able to help.

no choice.. random selection.: not everyone can get the chance to have a senior sa or even the store manager as SA. That’s why need referrals and connections at times.. else it’s pure luck to meet the correct sa.

I have been buying watches from her amt nearing 30k. She did not help me with any rolex allocation. Yes, this hublot used as a "request or bundle" to get allocated

I have been hearing a few stories like urs. Some waited for 1.5 years haven't get any allocation. One reason i heard was SS DJ 41 are all super high in demand so its hard to get allocated. So probably the configuration that u wanted is the hot model.

Just to add you could have bought 30-40k as example.. but if the watches were discovered to be sold within a short duration , you will be red or black flagged.. it’s bye bye to any allocation. Problem is Junior sa will not tell you about this.

Now it seems to me, yes, she is not “influential” enough in the organisation to seek for an allocation for you. And after you spend so much, she feel pai seh that she might be leading you on further by selling the Hublot to you and not able to get you the Rolex allocation and hence maybe that’s why she asked you to get the Hublot from another boutique. That’s a potential deduction on my side of why she appear reluctant to sell the Hublot to you as she is not confident to help you get the Rolex allocation after you specify that you would like to use the Hublot as ”bundle request” to get Rolex allocation
