Consignment vs they buy in big difference.
1 got cash outflow
1 is free money
Yes agree. Now a lot of grey dealers don’t want to take in watches any more as keep dropping. So consignment is a better option for both grey dealer and seller recently.

My friend has bought 2 from him. One preowned and 1 brand new. So far so good. In fact, I have sold 1 to him, straight forward case. No complaint.

OMG.. thanks for you fast reply...:)(y)
Dun mention, he is quite good as I witnessed him checking a timepiece for a guy which was supposedly to be brand new/unworn and he told the guy that it was not. Apparently the guy bought from another dealer.

Picked up my Yacht-master 40 126622 today.

Prior to the call, I visited Rolex boutiques along Orchard to to view both the Rhodium and Blue dial as I was torn between the two.

Rhodium was what I finally settled for and couldn’t be happier given that it’s my first ever Sports Rolex.

I purchased a Tudor BB prior (my first Swiss watch).

As for the YM I registered my interest in late October. So total wait time around 3 weeks.

That's awesome bro. I had to purchase a Tudor BB GMT, BB58 and DJ41 before I received allocation for a YM40 (2022 purchases). No complaints because they were all pieces I liked, just saying you got yourself a pretty sweet deal :)
