i walked in a few shop to ask for YM 126622, all no stock leh.
funny thing is this model depreciate instead of appreciate, but still hard to find.
:(

I just got mine a week ago from local AD but not from khh. Did they take your name and contact number down when you ask them? From what I know YM no need to Q. You looking for blue dial or the grey one?

New - 23 to 24k??

Brand new is 20k(assuming u can get).

If price is too close, i will definitely get BN. Anyway no difference cos warranty card is not your name anymore.

Ya about there. Some wanted even higher. Haha. Not sure the extra $4k premium worth or not.

Only you can decide whether having the certainty of having it on your wrist today if you want is worth the $4k.

Apparently there are people who do, hence the existence of the premium.

I personally wouldn't pay premium for anything 2-tone. The new root beer included.

Hi bro, I’m new to the 2tone thing, what are the down side of having a 2 tones watch?

No downsides if you love it!

2-tones are just generally not as desirable in the professional Rolex "game" compared with their all-steel counterparts, hence aren't as in demand, which leads to them unlikely to "deserve" a premium. If and when you decide to sell it in the future, they will not hold a resale value comparable to steel models.

The root beer is more popular than other 2-tones for sure, due to the rose gold. But I just don't think it deserves a premium. My personal gut feel.

i think it deserves the premium because it's the best looking two tone out there.
not easy to get two tone design right.
plus it's for those who wants to have a little gold on their watch without having looking obnoxious.

the rosegold is very subtle and clean looking.

Not possible for rootbeer to fetch so high lah. 3k above RRP is about right, not forgetting most are overseas AD so with the taxes etc, it cost lower.

I sold a local AD rootbeer few weeks back for 21888. But mine is 2018 watch. Price has soften though. 2 tones dont hold value well imo.

Thinking of getting a rose gold day date.

Pre-owned around $26-$36k.

Hmm...that's a pretty decent price

The Hulk is still way way overpriced in the gray market :(

Still ok i feel. When i bought it in 2018, i think it was 18k. Cant recall liao. But i wore it less than 5x, 2 tones hard to match with office clothes. I only wore it for dinner wear which is once in bluemoon. Hence the reason I sold it off.
