I feel they are only good to customers whom are part of the “inner circle”. if It’s new customers, they only entertain those referred by customers from the “inner circle”.

For me, I was told that I cannot purchase all Rolexes / DJ.. so as you mentioned, there must be a mixture between Rolexes & other brands.

I bought my first piece under Sincere FM. Love that piece! So I assume that I will need to go under Sincere/Cortina to keep my portfolio going.
I was told Sincere purchases dont carry over to Cortina.

Hi bro,

correct me if I am wrong.

They have to offload as soon as possible because, from my point of view, it is like a depreciating asset. In this case if the watch is not offloaded within the warranty period, seller will lose more.
Generally I will buy a brand new item with warranty than something used without warranty. Market is not doing well too..

For Joke; I want to do that for a brand new car but it is too expensive hence I have to settled for a used car… 🤣🤦🏿‍♂️

It’s funny that despite the resale market going south, the ADs are still controlling the allocation for sports models very tightly and the waiting time has not reduced. This is from my recent experience with my regular AD. I will pay them a visit in Dec to have a sensing of the situation.

They definitely have to, especially from their business standpoint. Right now they are still controlling tightly, and resale prices already lao sai like crazy. Can you imagine if they don't?

Not true. Allocation is a lot faster for me recently.

So you got the high in demand sports model request fulfilled already? Unless she is pulling a fast one on me. I asked and reply is that the stocks delivery is way too low and no estimation of allocation yet. In general, can expect to wait longer for it.
Maybe I’m not VIP customer like you. Haha.

Customers with longer history never has to wait long. I do understand my history ain’t that long too. My observation of tight control is relating to overall situation. So yeah, they haven’t exactly loosen the control on the allocation criteria and the waiting time.

Understand they would have to do so. Was just thinking at one point once the demand has dropped to a certain level, they would have to loosen control, don’t they? It is not happening yet but I do feel it should happen once the grey market premium for the hot models dropped to just 20-30% above retail. For eg Panda to just 27k and Starbucks to just 19K.

it has loosen for sure.. It’s just that for all deliveries they won’t know what is coming in until about a week or more before physical delivery..and the number of purchases you have done this year would impact your allocation too. Limited delivery, they have to balance across all important customers

when panda is 27k, the allocation is the same
sub date etc is slightly easier then.
datejust still have 5% discount

When Panda was 27k last time, its retail price was just 16.7k. So premium was 27/16.7, but retail price for Panda now is 20k. So the premium % is lower if it drops to 27k now.
