Haha I’m not at the same level as you with THG, so no comments from my side. I’m not expecting them to send gifts all the time to a customer like me, but I only felt that an occasional gesture of an anniversary gift would be much welcomed/appreciated for someone who has supported with purchases in the last few years even if not as much as what some VIP purchases. I enjoyed the journey so far but like I say, more with my SA who have been very sincere towards me, not so much with the organisation. I was invited twice for events with Omega and Breitling and I attended the former. Glad that you enjoyed the journey which was quite interesting for you so far

Same, got invited to 3-4 events over a few years but nothing to shout about. I suspect maybe in the past they will take care of their customers more but nowadays only vvips get treated well. Anyway won’t be able to become a vvip nor do I aspire to be lol

Here they ask you to sit down and drink their small bottle of imported mineral water and show you the watch, this is as much action you will get from ADs here.

Occasionally, they will give you some random stuff like watch pouches so you can store the watch you are wearing when you pick the new toy up.

I got the THG watch pouch twice but sensing that I’m a little bored with the same gift, my SA stopped offering it to me. The PP travel watch case is much nicer than the THG watch pouch although it comes together with PP watch purchase. Haha. Other stuff I got from the boutique is a THG brolly, once when it started raining dogs and cats when I was about to leave. A friend of mine got a Rolex cardholder from the same SA when he went down to collect watch during birthday month. Maybe I could get the Rolex cardholder too if I was lucky enough to collect this month. Haha. And yeah, the mineral water in tetra pack. Apart from that, nothing much

Every time i bring in the PP to servicing centre, they gave a nice pouch. Not the original one from AD but still nice. I have to say the PP servicing centre really treats you quite well.

I too have some pouches but I only get them if the watch I'm currently wearing can't fit/sit nicely into the new watch's box for some weird reason.

mineral water is basic level.

Some of my KNN's clients told me, KNN nowadays don't serve mineral water to their regulars that always pop by just to chit chat.... Basic to cut cost and $1.50 watch

But they gave Rolex chocolates, cap, pouch and also that penguin soft toy to their clients? I always see them post with these gifts. Haha

Rolex chocolate and cap mostly for new client, pouch you mean KNN pouch? C, T and E also give us their in-house pouch when we purchased new watch... as for soft toys you only see the same few people or from same family tree that purchase from them

But to be fair all these kinds of freebies from ADs are normally offered instead of requested.

at least all ur SA dun lie. my THG SA offered me a THG watch travel pouch. I politely rejected as i have a few such pouches. She told me its worth 100+ SGD and put it in my paper bag.

Oh walk-in for KNN is like that one. KNN boss hinted before that he is being generous by selling his DJ to walk in customers. So walk in customers won’t get gifts from them one. Only regulars or first time clients referred by regulars will be given gifts.

The material is not bad but doesn’t cost $100+ la. I think maybe $50-60?

The materials quite solid and doesn't feel cheap, maybe if you create it bespoke it might cost 100+?
