Just curious is the Airking below retail at Grey now?

126900?
i'm also keen, been backside itchy.

was mesmerized by the combo of the green rubber strap.
it was really an eye catching..

Local gray market ish shelling for a bit over retail.
https://watchexchange.sg/?post_type=product&s=126900

Sho ish global gray market.
https://www.chrono24.sg/search/inde...ize=60&query=126900&sortorder=5&usedOrNew=new

But that tiny premium ish coz the seller list their item as new and wants to see which sucker will bite nia.
Which sucker will paid $1k+ over retail for instant gratification.
And probably those sellers are buyed to build spend history, then sell to recover $$ towards their gmt or daytona.

Broader the watch ish trading below retail.
https://watchcharts.com/watches?keyword=126900

Thish huan ish just wait nia.
ADs get them quite regularly.
And there ish no economic reason for ADs to play their smlj games with customers.
Only stupiak customers will offer to bundle.
Lolz.

While waiting for the call from Vivocity hour glass, my friend mentioned that he knows someone who is a supplier selling Rolex watches to these shops and claims to be an authorized dealer. He has the watch I am looking for but since the watch is not cheap I am a bit hesitant. Does Rolex have suppliers who are authorized dealers and sell to shops? How can I verify if they are legitimate? My friend is upset that I’m questioning his contact.

A lot of brands do have a distributor that supplies to the AD ( like middle man) I know Patek goes through a distributor in Singapore before it is sold to the boutique but I believe Rolex is direct from Rolex

Will need to spend for sure, depends on which ss gmt, often will move from sub to gmt to daytona but also depends on which AD. Good to discuss with the ad and get some kinda informal commitment as to some arrangements, rather than blindly buying as may increase risks of being taken for a ride

Letch me old unker share the logical economy way to guess guess guess chuir required spends history ohkays.

SS GMT lets said ish msrp $15k
Gray market saem model (best compare new unworn, see the warranty ish full 5 years minus 1-2 months) lets said ish $25k.

Thish ish abt the prices of a BLRO today tio boh?

The difference ish $25k-$15k = $10k

Then chiu hab to maketh chuir AD heypi by moving crap that cannot sell coz said crap will lose $10k value the moment the buyer walk out the door.

Sho chiu hab to offer to buy some crap that difference between msrp and grey market ish negative $10k new unworn.
Maybe a hublow or turdor.

Think of it as AD ish gibing chiu free $10k by selling chiu the SS GMT at msrp.
Chiu make it even by return that $10k to AD thru buying crap at msrp that ish worth $10k below msrp.

Thish ish the logical fair economics market forces tio boh?
But that said, ADs may take advantage of unaware customers and and string the customer along to make him buy stuff that lose more than $10k. If AD does thish, be aware AD ish disadvantaging chiu.

Also certain models rike sexplorer and air king gray price ish only slightly above msrp.
Those models, if chiu get on waitlist, it ish not a matter of if but when chiu get it.
But it may take a few mths.
Sho that slight premium above msrp price ish pay for the convenience of instant gratification nia.
Or put another way the slightly lower price of msrp to true value gray market price ish a discount to compensate chiu for making chiu wait for something that chiu shld be getting instantly.
These models can probably still ownself sell ownself. But wait list should not be long and AD will be foolish to play smlj bundling games.

Logic all tio boh?
Lolz.

Check out the gray market dealers listed price and ownself strategize.
Wish chiu good ruck!

Are you having a stroke?

TLDR ish thish:

1. Gray market price ish the true price (minus a delta, see pt 4). If a lolex rrp ish lower than gray price, then if AD sell chiu the lolex, AD ish gibing chiu a discount. Chiu hab to compensate the AD for that discount by buying 'overpriced' hublow or turdor where rrp ish greater than grey market price equivalent to that discount. Thish ish chuir 'spend history'.

2. If gray market price ish almost saem as rrp, it means supply almost equal demand. Supply = demand means if AD gets 5 units of a particular type in a year, there ish also approximately 5+ pple on the wait list. Of coz AD waitlist will be slightly more than supply coz of pple who no trust Gray market and die die must buy from AD. But generally customer juz need to wait their turn and they will get. No need to build 'spend history'.

3. If chiu fulfill the above, there ish no economic reason for AD not to sell chiu that lolex. It ish in AD's best interest to quickly sell chiu that Lolex and make money by moving more units. That said, AD may still wants to hold back offering the lolex to sucker chiu into building 'spend history'. Thish ish hurt customer and AD ownself.

4. Gray markit prices for certain models may be higher than rrp by a little. Example rrp of Air Kong ish $10k+. Gray market ish $12k ($2k delta). Do not be fooled into thinking chiu need to buy 'spend history' to compensate that $2k difference to AD. Coz that $2k ish not really due to demand but rather the gray market dealer need to take a cut. The seller very likely sold the dealer at or at a slight loss below RRP.

5. Gray market units in 4 are rikely buyer not really want the Air King but thought buying it will add to his 'spend history'. He will buy, establish spend history with AD, then quickly flip to recover the cost. Don't be this clown, since Air King RRP ish 'same' as gray market price, according to Pt 1, he ish not really building 'spend history' and ish wasting time nia.

Swee boh.
In the end money talks.
And money sets the rules.
My stroke condition demystify the AD waiting games and destroy the ambiguity of 'spend history' and smlj 'go on watch collecting journey with AD' for chiu all.
Lay out guidelines not only for customer but also for AD to follow.
Ebryone ish heypi.

Still looks like you’re having a stroke and I think it might have affected your understanding of what is TLDR.

1. play the AD game and buy a lot of junks and finally get your dream watch
2. buy from grey pay the premium and get your dream watch
3. wait until market crash and get your dream watch at your desired price
4. move on to other brand

This "ad game" is still happening?
Saw on Reddit some overseas managed to get their timepiece after several months of wait with no history
