Are there any sites that help me assembly?
There are shops which can help assemble for u. You can try PM fortran in HWZ, or find for tamjihang in facebook (not sure what's his fb but he lives in the west).
Thanks. BTW, what do you guys store in your SSD other than OS? Also, how much space does the OS take up?
Yea, but sim lim doesn't help me physically assemble and no delivery. Also, if my computer breaks down or BSOD,idk what to do. I'm willing to pay extra $200 or so for their services.
I think that he is using googoo prices, which is more inflated than the prices at some SLS shops.
Yeah, gogo is basically another Cybermind, everything at retail price.

To TS,
Your selection of pc components is way off balance.
Basically in all you would need to do more research on all the parts that you need and what YOU actually need also.
There are a few shops out there doing delivery service. And of all you chose googoo which is literally nothing is cheap there. Their after service is the same as you take your parts and ownself RMA. Cut the middle man and do it yourself. Googoo $2XX service is not gonna warrant any good to pay for. This forum has all the things you need to know about RMA and also the locations of all the distro if things ever go faulty. They even specify the number for you to call.
Here are the few shops that does delivery. Videopro, mynextcomonline, there is even fortran.
2.2k if you balance everything out you could land a very powerful gaming rig. Such as,
MSI B85 G43 Gaming + i5-4460 ~ $384
GSKills Ripjaws 1600mhz 2x4gb kit ~ $115
WD Blue 1tb ~ $67
Crucial mx100 256gb ~ $152
MSI r9 290x 4gb Tri Frozr Lightning edition ~ $899 (Corbell Promo)
Superflower Leadex Gold 650w 80+ Gold Fully modular PSU ~ $149
Corsair Obsidian 450D ~ $169
LG DVD Drive ~ $21
Dell U2414H 23.8inch eIPS Panel ~ $340
Total ~ $2296. Prices quoted from Tradepac pricelist, but for your case i recommend PCthemes, DIY <---- Please refer to my guide if you need any form of help to DIY.
There is 2 ways to go about it. Get a shop to do everything for you and at the end of the day, know nuts about your PC.
OR buy everything yourself and assemble it yourself. You get to know more about your own PC and you get to troubleshoot yourself confidently in the near future if there is anything wrong with your PC.
It is not nuclear science to build one. And you do not require Diploma in electronics, computer to build one. An average joe can build one easily.
Now after reading all this, if you decided to adventure out to DIY pc, please go ahead and try it. You will learn a lot thru the process. Head down to SLS instead and go with PCthemes. They will help you out with all the process.
Also take note that going down to the physical stores are still much better than you buying from online such as mynextcomonline or videopro etc. You get to know more of in store promos that at times are not advertised widely.
Why do you recommend the B85? How does it compare to the Z97?
Would i be able to OC and sli/xfire in the future just in case?B85 gives u all the basics that u need. Z97 is more towards OC and sli/xfire.

TS can refer to LinusTechTips on youtube to DIY PC. Linus shows step by step building and cable management.
I have the NZXT Phantom 410 Gunmetal. You may need to remove the swap HDD bay to fit your graphics card so you may want to consider another casing.
NZXT Tupperware 410 is a case one should not buy in 2014.
I'll be buying the PC in around 6 months time. By then, i think the GPU prices would drop a little, right?
