This has been the issue all this while where Starhub and TP-Link are just playing Taichi. Starhub told me TP-link should provide support and firmware update. But we have seen so many members here being told by TP-link that Starhub should provide update.
I also email IMDA, but they said they can only help to report my case to Starhub and ensure they reply. I guess it will be back to square again.
Honestly, if hacker happen to get control of some of the EB810v and became Botnet then it will be big issue and became nationwide internet security issue then SH will be in trouble la. I did highlight this concern to SH. If it is found that an ISP's failure to update router firmware, which then leads to a botnet, can result in legal responsibility in Singapore, particularly under the Cybersecurity Act.

Same for me. After email to IMDA about the firmware issue, IMDA also replied that they refer the matter to Starhub to settle for us and Starhub will reply directly to us. Those users facing the same issue should email IMDA and Starhub to push them to update the firmware.

On my end, Starhub seems to be saying now that it's back to TP-Link responsibility again. :s22:
This router is using Starhub customised firmware so it should be Starhub to update the firmware. May be you can highlight this to IMDA since this router is not using generic firmware by TP-LINK.

please help to chase for the update in case SH buying time only.
Yup, have been chasing for updates on progress.
Last was clarifying whether Starhub is saying that TP-Link is supposed to provide updates, since last email from SH was that TP-Link is the one that maintains firmware upgrades.
Yet another prata again from SH.

Today Starhub CS HOD called me to confirm that they are still testing the firmware and it will be launched by the next quarter of the year. I asked him whether this is a confirmed thing and he replied that it is confirmed.
