Not so sure if EB810v still suffers the following issue -- basically OpenVPN server does not work.

Cannot access LAN through OpenVPN connection
https://community.tp-link.com/en/home/forum/topic/796908
(same as earlier reported issue -- https://community.tp-link.com/en/home/forum/topic/661992).

Answer from TP-Link Support Staff.
EB810v is a customized device specifically designed for local Service Providers. Its software is tailored to meet the unique requirements of these providers, ensuring alignment with their specific needs. While our technical support team is adept at providing general guidance and suggestions for products with standard, generic firmware. However, due to the specialized nature of the firmware on your device, our ability to provide troubleshooting may be limited.

I tested this again on V2 ... nope ...still doesn't wrk.

Mine is v2. Anyway what’s the difference between v1 and v2?

No idea whats the difference , it seems like you and me are on the same boat , by the way did you manually go update the firmware or the router auto update for you?

I just checked my router and it looks like my primary router updated itself without any action from me sometime in the past 24h. However my secondary node (also eb810v v2.0) is waiting for me to initiate the upgrade manually.

I manually click on the “Check for Update” button in aginet app then it prompts me new version available.

settings appear all intact... whatever i configured still the same..

come to think of it.. I even accessed my NAS earlier today from office no issues, so even port forwarding/ip reservation works.
