This is my version now.
Same, on this version and do not see "0.21.0 3.0.0 v608b.0 Build 250821 Rel.52033n"

hmmmm I am able to see the update.

Yours looks like it's already updated, and the update is dated - 21 AUG 2025.

I just checked my router and it looks like my primary router updated itself without any action from me sometime in the past 24h. However my secondary node (also eb810v v2.0) is waiting for me to initiate the upgrade manually.

So must head to WEB UI to check and access the update?
I checked the AGINET app and don't see any updates to be done nor has it been updated.

We're approaching the end of 2025, shall see whether what SH shared earlier is valid and true since we're looking at updates being pushed for selective SH EB810v users.

Mine was updated on my primary node automatically without my knowledge.. I didn't initiate the upgrade.. only on my secondary node (also eb810v v2.0) did I upgrade manually.

I suspect this is probably rolled out in stages. Just be patient.

Yeah, that's what I concluded.
But was asking that need to access WEB UI to check since AGINET app isn't reflecting any updates?

I don't use AGINET... I use only the web UI... you can try using the web UI to check..

Some users already got the update so SH should have pushed down the update but i just do not understand why some got it and some never at all. I have refer to SH backend for their necessary action.

Yeah, I went to the web UI and don't see any updates too, same as per AGINET.
So seems like makes no difference to check through AGINET/Web UI, for me at least.

Likely selective release to ensure it works fine before full push.

Good News. No problem at all as i just received a reply from CS HOD explaining why i am not getting the firmware update for my router. They said that they have checked my router remotely and noticed that i am still using the old firmware and they confirmed that i will be getting the firmware update automatically once it reaches my batch. The new firmware is being progressively released in several phases from 22 Oct to 18 Nov 2025, as part of a controlled deployment to ensure network stability and optimal performance. Can see that they are quite sure there is nothing wrong with my router and ensure that i will get it once it is my turn so no worry at all.

hahah don't think too much about it.. maybe when you check in a week's time it might have updated silently without your knowledge as it did with mine.

Starhub just called me to arrange for a tech to come to change the router, i asked them to postpone it and call me back on 15 Nov to check whether i need the technician to come down in case it really got updated automatically. Quite good service.

Good evening, here to share and learn.

Firmware Version: 0.14.0 3.0.0 v608b.0 Build 240709 Rel.56868n
Hardware Version: EB810v v2.0 00000000
Yet to receive the latest firmware update.

Possible Bug
A single instance where IPv4 and IPv6 SPI Firewalls were turned off.

Observations
1. OFDMA and TWT are off by default
Turn on OFDMA for the first week, observe for abnormality from IoTs and revert if nec.
Thereafter, do the same for TWT.

2. Editing DNS is cumbersome
On the web-based utility:
Go to Advanced, Network, Internet, Internet Setup, Modify, hit Edit (icon).
Hit Advanced and enable "Use the Following DNS Addresses" and "Use the Following IPv6 DNS Address(es)".
Edit DNS and hit "OK" to save.
On the Aginet app:
Go to More, Internet Connection, Internet Settings, select Profile, DNS, Manual and edit IPv4 DNS.
Head back, IPv6, DNS, Manual and edit IPv6 DNS.

Wireless Configuration
1. Disable Band Steering to restrict IoTs to 2.4Ghz Guest Network.
Enable and hide 2.4Ghz Wi-Fi. Required to enable 2.4Ghz Guest Network. Hide to reduce clutter as 2.4Ghz is IoT-only.
Limit mode to "802.11 b/g/n/ax mixed" and change 2.4Ghz Guest Network security to "WPA2-PSK". Disable 5Ghz and 6Ghz Guest Network.

2. Enable 5Ghz Wi-Fi, Security: "WPA2-PSK+WPA3-Personal", Mode: "802.11a/n/ac/ax/be mixed", Channel Width: 160Mhz.

3. Enable 6Ghz Wi-Fi, Security: "WPA3-Personal", Mode: "802.11ax/be mixed", Channel Width: 320Mhz.

4. Disable MLO.

Please do not hesitate to correct me. Thank you and have a good night.

Please do not hesitate to correct me. A couple of questions: 1. Do you have a Reboot Schedule? 2. Do you enable MLO? Thank you and have a good night.
I am still waiting for the update.

Hello, two things. MLO and EB810v v2.

MLO
My experience with MLO parallels @xiaofan's.
1. MLO wireless haul don't work right with this router.
2. If you want the highest throughput, stick to 6Ghz.
3. If you want seamless 5Ghz/6Ghz transition, use MLO but temper your expectations.

EB810v, v2?
Browsed Carousell and spotted a few differences. Mine came with:
1. a printed CSA cybersecurity label with CLS level 4, not a sticker.
2. a wall wart instead of a power brick.
3. a StarHub green patch cable.

Good night!

Aug 25 Firmware received and updated. But IPv6 still fail on Android 15 phones although router has allocated the WAN and LAN IPV6 addresses. Android 16 Phones also assign with IPv6 addresses.

https://test-ipv6. com still show no IPv6 address detected.

Its not really far away. Infact its quite near, a reasonable distance that works with other routers. I still can't figure out why the eb810 and be230 wont work after meshing. The be230 just acts as if there is no connection
