your sim card slot is loose. paste a scotch tape behind sim card and slot in

I thought you were joking until I removed the Sim card to check. Seems to help a bit but after fixing the sim card in place again. But I didn't have this issue with my M1 sim card leh…

if you just want data, just make sure the phone has 4G and bands compatible with TPG network. Most 4G phones (bought in Singapore) should be able to use on TPG network.

However, if you want to make voice calls, only a few phones can make voice calls on TPG VOLTE network. Currently, only these phones support VOLTE on TPG:

I simply sent in a second email for a second sim on the TPG site, no biggie.

You mean you email them and ask for another sim card? Or you create another user account with the same identity card but different email address and apply for another sim card?

Just apply from their website. Different User ID, same NRIC, same email address.

already follow and the change the 2 thing to TPG, still cannot get data...

Creating a Grab account using TPG sim card

I used a TPG sim card. I cannot call using the VoLTA. however, I can receive SMS with no problem.

When I tried to register for grab, I cannot create an account and receive an error 10074. Anyone got an idea how to resolve it?
