i remember seeing malaysia roaming at 1mbps. it seems now they revise to 128kbps. Indonesia 1mbps good enough.

Based on the info I saw this morning, 128kbps for Malaysia and 1mbps for Indonesia and Mumbai...

Yes, was at Mid Valley on Friday, only ground floors got signal.
Rest of the floor, either intermitten or worse no signal at all.

Having no signal is Not TPG problem.

They are partnering with only YES 4G that's why.

Basically useless for Malaysia case. Went last weekend. Indoor basically coverage is next to zero. Outdoor either slow or have signal but not able to internet at most time.

128Kbps is bring you back to Dial up internet

That was like ISDN dial up internet speed. Today internet is rich of picture and media. need at at least 512kbps or 1 mbps to use. 128kbps really for pure whatapp text.

Also is all outgoing calls free? Will they charge?

Hi all, still cannot solve the TPG - Xiaomi A3 issue. If anyone have any suggestions please do let me know.

Summary:
Use TPG sim card on xiaomi A3, no internet at all
Already set the APN name etc
tried both sim card trays
restarted phone
Use Singtel sim card no problem.

your A3 can support the LTE Band 40 that TPG is using?
