Yours maybe the 6 month free trial version. Some time in October 2019, they changed the policy from 12 months to 6 month.

My July 2019 one still have full 12 months, never receive the email. The January and May 2019 ones all got already, which is expected.

Dun have. Just that after 50GB no more unlimited data at throttled speed like the trial.

What I know here is when the 50GB ran out, there would be $1 per GB charge to your My Account balance. Surely that is unthrottled, but when there is no balance, then what is the throttled speed?

When there is no balance... It simply means no more data until you buy more

^ The above is actually already choiced in the options within

Mobile Management, Plan Renew

even if yours havent expired yet.

Yes this is correct.

I just chose the termination option. My subscription was for six month only starting Jan 2020.

And then it says, "Thanks for your confirmation to terminate your service trial plan once it has expired.

We will email you once it has been successfully terminated."

only throttled speed has trial. Actual plan $10, there is no throttled speed since it will on pay per use after 50GB.

however, without the mobile app to monitor usage, it is not convenient in monitoring usage.

i think everyone should know this. you cannot use this plan as primary line, it is only good for pure data plan to be on a secondary devices like ipad etc.

anyone know if can port out immediately after 30 days usage? i thinking port out around 25 days to myrepublic or GIGA... TPG is worst than prepaid card in 3rd world countries.

If you need all the smses to come in and you need immediate port, head down to MyRepublic shops now to do the porting and you will get the SIM card on the spot. Since you have already paid $10, and no contract, you can port out even just days of using.

Tpg is now good only for data, even some fixed line or customer hotlines can't be called.

I can confirm this. My bro using TPG cannot call my home fixed line.

Understand from TPG customer service that if the fixed line is ported over (eg my fixed line is from old Singtel to M1 broadband fixed line) it will not work.
