TPG's support is the worst telco service I had ever encountered.
Sometime in July 20, I registered a new mobile line at TPG website, when prompted to make payment, I used my credit card to pay but their website prompted some error message stated that the transaction cannot go thru. I tried making payment another time, but still having the same error. So I couldn't process further, and since I didn't receive any email notification for the new TPG account creation, I thought there is no go on the registering of TPG account.
Weeks later, I found out 2 credit card transactions was done and 2 sum of money was paid to TPG. I emailed to
support@tpgmobile.com.sg for assistance. No reply from TPG after waited for a week, so I resend email and still the same. After 3rd email to TPG, I still never receive a single reply. As TPG doesn't provide phone number to call for support except email, I have no other way to pursue further.
Since the deducted amount is not a huge sum to further waste my time, so I will treat it as lesson learnt to avoid TPG from now onwards, and I'm just wanted to share my encountered to everyone who see this post.
