This one is just an analog tuner. :s22:

TV Tuner Receiving Frequency range from 48.25 to 863.25 MHz(PAL/SEACM/NTSC)

As a cutting-edge high performance hybrid TV card, WinFast® PxDVR3200 H adopts Conexant chipset to support both DIGITAL TV and analog TV, FM radio and full screen stereo/SAP with HDTV/AC3 support. :D

After an initial search I've come across this card. I am interested in the TBS5220 USB DVB-T2 / T / C Tuner TV Stick
item#: TBS5220
I just want to make sure that it is compliant to the 1.3.1 standard.
I did send an enquiry to this but the reply is somewhat not answering to the question.

This is an old card right? Even if it supports digital TV, it is most likely DVB-T only rite? :s22:

Have you found any yet? Please share your research. Can it be used right away when connected to the socket?

If you read thru' the posts here, all newer TBS DVB-T2 USB or PCIe compliant to the 1.3.1 standard. Like some posted, make sure don't get the older card, buying at buydvb.net should be safe bah.

So this TBS5220 USB DVB-T2 / T / C Tuner TV Stick is okay? Just plug into the co-axial connected to the wall socket can already? But what software to use? TotalMedia or etc?

Maybe those used both USB and PCIe before can comment.
I still using the good old AVerMedia Duo Hybrid PCIe II as I can watch 2 different channels + 1 Channel from my STB as this card is a TV + Capture card :D

It really depends on whether u wanna use it in a PC or a laptop, and whether u are comfortable with installing a PCI-e card.

If u keep everything internal then PCI-e is neater, but if u need portability, then USB is more appropriate.

I have just missed the 20% discount. I think it was last week they were running the offer.:s22:
