How long did the whole process take after sending back? Quite sian I will have no earpiece to use during the downtime.

10 days (via SingPost Registered mail) from SG to US and 3 days (via UPS) from US to my doorstep.

But if they are willing to replace ur UE 900 to the UE 900s then it will be worth the wait.

I hate the carrying case for the UE 900s, for such an expensive IEM they could have given a better case. Heck even the case for the UE 900 was better.

Yup, the UE 900 case is much better.

You mean you did not know that they were going to send you the UE 900s as replacement until you received your package back from UE?

I didn't know if the replacement they sent would be the new unibody or the UE 900 in a repackaged UE 900s box. I recall there were posts in HF which mentioned people ordering the UE 900s only to get the UE 900 (in a UE 900s box with the new accessories, etc) instead. Sorry I wasn't clear in my initial replies.

Just got a reply from Logitech. My replacement is approved but I need to bring it down to Ban Leong. -_-. Why got double standard one? There goes my chances of getting the UE900s as replacement. You dropped an email to customercare@logitech.com right?

Kinda makes me wonder why I paid so much for my UE 900s.

yea super heart pain. I understand that Ban Leong is desperate to clear stock, but a fire sale of $200 is too much when Sitex 2014 in Dec, the prices were $369.

Then you got your UE 900 at a very good price and you got the UE 900s as replacement which make it even more valued for money lol.

Question. At that time when you bought your UE 900, did it come with gold-plated connectors? Btw when you send your UE 900 for replacement, did you have to send them a copy of your receipt for warranty verification?
