winter country if i not wrong they wear 3 layer, 1st 1 is keep dry, 2nd is keep warm, 3rd is protection

I thought Raw means unwashed.
Although i don't quite like my jeans with holes like crevaces, i've seen Japanese celebrities looking spectacular with it. Uniqlo has some mij jeans with those holes. .

ya, seems like Sg the raws all got holes? i didn't really like the holes...tot that was so last season fashion

just went there today and here's what i think..
They didn't bring in their full range of goods and most of them are the basics. Of course they didnt get their heatec and stuff in, which is rather useless in our climate.

UT- the t-shirt quality is kinda.. lousy. I have one from uniqlo which i bought from overseas a year back and it's seemingly better. Makes one wonder if they are trying to cut cost in the new UTs.

Plain tees(those $14.90 cotton ones)- The quality is good! It's not the same one as the UTs as just a slight feel of the surface and you can notice the difference.

$15 for 3 underwear tees- Well i bought those cotton ones(only left V necks) and i think it can be used not only as underwear(not suitable for our climate too) but for casual wear too. The stitching is plain but on a closer look, it's actually rather well stitched. Very slim fitting.

MIJ- was rather impressed by this product. It's superbly raw and very plain. You will love this if you like a good quality jeans with no logos and such.

Underwears- Feels as good as stuffs from renoma or CK at a fraction of the price.

Flannels- tucked in a small corner of the shop and the patterns were not at all amazing.

Here's my humble view on those above products

went down today and all I can say was nothing caught my eyes. You can get better tees at graniph..polos were ugly too. Jeans were simple and boring just like what you can get at giordano etc..only the raw and slim fit jeans were slightly better.

from a marketing business perspective, uniqlo has done a great job in building brand attitude and brand equity. from a apparel enthusiast perspective, I am bored.
