2) over payment - giro did not trigger
3) misc reward credit by UOB into CC, causing amount payable to be below trigger

So upset with UOB. Spent so much usually on their credit card and they r still denying me of my interest. The credit card statement charges me S$1400+ in April yet they say based on calender mth spending I don't hit S$500 cause there was a refund? Find it thoroughly confusing. Feel like they r overcharging me.
