just checked the dash app, only state cannot top up dash by singtel bill after 31st May, but never state cannot pay by credit card, so do not mislead others by saying cannot pay bill via one pass.

I am confused. If you top up $200 to DASH via Singtel bill, why would the money be stuck in there? You mean u cannot spend the $200 you top up in DASH?
