Update: I finally got my UOB One Credit card yesterday and activated already. My One account still pending for my address and signature verification over the counter. I have not found a time to do so.....

UOB service now sucks......

Call uob hotline (if you can get through). Ask what is your billing cycle for the card and if it is not the same as calender mth ask them to change to the same as calender mth. Easier to sync to check the required monthly spend $500 for the bank account in future.

And ask what is the 3 mths that make up your quarter. To know when you get quarterly rebate for the card.

Applied for uob one cc on 3rd Dec, almost 3 weeks already, no news no picture from uob. Contacted Cs said someone will call me back in 3-5days nobody called. That was 2 weeks back... email , msg them on fb. All nothing...

A lot of marketing , but cannot fulfill customers applications.

Thank you for your tips. I will do so. Is there any trick to fullfil the S$500 spending? My main card is BOF family card which gives quite rebate for supermarket spending, taxi/public transport as dining

turnaround is now 3-5 weeks.. too many pple applying for uob one and one card.. hopefully u can get our dec interest lol

I have the account and credit card for many years liao. Have not returned to UOB One yet coz getting returns elsewhere.

And only the account was opened. I called up CSO to request for a debit card to tie up with the account for ATM purpose. CSO told me must go to branch to apply for the card. Alas

If you use the card 3 times a month then AF is auto waived, this card no need to worry about annual fees if you are using regularly.

In the context of this one account, it is the only decent card to spend on. I don't care they want to give exclusive card to women. What I care is I can't use a miles card with this account just because of my gender. Can be easily solved if they added the PPV in.

14 Dec - still no news, cannot get through UOB phone support. Got in touch with UOB Chat, chat cannot help, tell me they'll call me back in 7 days
21 Dec - CSO called saying the account is set up but I cannot use yet as no debit card to activate, told me to head down to the bank to activate internet banking
22 Dec - Queued for 1.5hrs at the bank and the CSO told me cannot help me I must wait for the letter for my card
27 Dec - finally got my debit card but still no news of the UOB ONE credit card. Can't get through hotline, online chat is down.

Knn this whole experience feel like vomiting blood
