good day! didnt get full value - short of 219.64 (not sure if it's due to money lock)
This is stated in the UOB page ................

"Lock your savings to prevent unauthorised withdrawals. Rest assured, your money continues to earn the same interest (up to 5.3% p.a. for UOB One Account)"

Its an open secret. You can always FAST transfer 1600 into the account, don't even need the actual salary. Likewise for BOC SS also. My actual salary is credited to my DBS day-to-day account for convenience.

usually salary in by 28-30 -.- ad-hoc issue, thus the lapse which caused the damage.

No harm calling to appeal. Tell them don't know why your company this month salary credited only on 2 Jun instead of the usual 28 - 30th. Not within your control.

They have approved for shortfall of card spend for several people as long as no previous appeal in the past year. No harm trying since they can easily check your past mth records.

Recently had case where Stash missed AUM a bit also successfully appealed.

Uob worse than trust with ntuc membership now
Trust needing salary from corporate account - a heck of a (full brick wall) show stopper (unless you own a business and have your own corporate bank account).

Even with salary, bonus at best is only a meh 2.25%. Totally forgettable.
