It is 0%. Seems no count fr Feb. I don't like that uob keep changing and asding on exclusions. Topping up nets flashpay was also excluded after i signed into this

Can't help one lah. As long as they have given ample time for the change in T&Cs, we as consumers can only choose to stay on with their new T&Cs, or move on to other accounts....

ok, tot still counted as we are still using their cards to spend at their merchants, which will pay the bank CC fees when there are spendings. So merchants will suffer if consumers know they cannot get rebates by 0% IPP and will not spend unless using other cards, but there are merchants that allow 0% IPP with certain bank only.
