Hor say Liao. Will close account with UOB when this happens.
me one of themI am tempted to switch everything to BOC (altho change tncs, still better deal). UoB is changing tncs bit by bit and over few rounds... after people here have onboarded. Some pple will still stay with them due to inertia. Some people will slowly get used to their bit by bit changes or not notice. Smelly pattern.

UOB slowly change the t&c to make it more profitable for them
Can't fault them, they are not a charity. They need to answer to shareholders (which I am not)

Giro ah. Not too sureHi all, regarding this min of 5 transactions and $500 criteria, will the giro payment of bills thru One card be counted as transactions too?
TIA!

What kind of GIRO bills? Like telcos? If so, pretty sure they'll be counted.
If I'm not wrong, the five transactions are actual transactions, and is separate from the three GIROs. For e.g. if you pay Singtel bill using credit card bill payment, that counts as one transaction. But if your Singtel bill is under GIRO arrangement, then it doesn't count as one of the five transactions. Please correct me if I'm wrong.
Sorry for not making clear. I mean using One card to pay telco, ISP using recurring payment. Will these count as transactions?
