Regardless of any banks rebate or promo, it's always based on transaction posted date. Appreciate ur reminder to all folks here.

yes dats wat i always thought is the case, seems like the bank is more stringent now in giving out rebates or interest

Anyone's bonus interest not in yet? I did spend minimum $500 on my CC but no bonus interest yet. First time facing this issue.

I didn't get the interest. Just called the csd and was told the cc transaction was about S$250 only. But the cc statement showed S$550, and all post/transaction dates are March 2017. Waited long for its check and was told the bank will call back after a thorough check. Terrible. First time didn't, but felt very bad.

Is there any quick way to setup a Giro transaction? Currently I am paying income tax, property tax and UOB One credit card bill. However, due to my One Card statement date falling on a holiday, the due date is now on 3rd May instead of 30 April, making me short of 1 Giro transaction for month of April.

No way... mid Apr liao. But sometimes UOB miscounts a GIRO CR as 1 GIRO for One Account. U can try but if cannot work don't quote me.

Do you mean the 3 giro transactions for the ONE account? I thought just 3 giro payments to any 3 different cards(including UOB cards) will be sufficient for 3 giro payments?

I just start UOB account from Apr after moving from OCBC 360 so I cannot be sure...

If it is giro payment to card, you can easily set it up online immediately...

Can the seniors here advise me if I will get 2.43% if I;

1) have $50,000 in ONE account
2) do 3 payment to 3 different card every month
3) Spend $500 on ONE card

And I also get $50 cash rebate on the ONE card every 3 months if I spend $500 every month?

Wanted to make sure so I can the maximum benefits... Thanks.

Giro setup is not immediate. Takes min 3 weeks to set up even for UOB cards.

Oh, I think I misunderstand. For OCBC 360 account, 3 online payment or Giro will give you the bonus.

Whereas for UOB ONE account, we need 3 giro transactions specifically... Online payment to credit card is not counted... Am I correct?

Look like I need to rethink on how to allocate my bills...

To be safe, just setup extra GIRO accounts. Don't leave to borderline scenario.

To my surprise, not all BOs are counted. Here is the complete list.

Thank you for your reply.

Sorry but I am confused... I am very new to this ONE account since I only recently transfer over from OCBC to UOB last week.

For the 3 giro transaction required for the ONE account,

1) I create 3 giro payment which will be deducted from my ONE account?
2) I create 3 giro payment which will be deducted from my ONE credit card?
3) Online payments to credit card is not counted?
4) I intend to create giro transaction for M1, Starhub, HDB town conservancy bills, and SP services. I need to go to them separately to create giro?

Sorry for the many questions... I am new to the UOB ONE account:o
