Hi,
how do you setup the GIRO payments?
I can only find fund transfer and bill payment in their online banking....
Thanks

Go to there website (not app). Look under apply for, then look for giro arrangement

Hi!

If let's say I spend S$500 on my UOB One CC, and in the same calender month, I have a refund of S$100 credited in to my cc (online shopping refund).

Will I still be entitled to the UOB one account bonus interest? Or do i have to spend S$600?

UOB customer service always MIA one. They will take their own sweet time and just ignored your request. Cos calling will waste a lot of your time. You email them they dont reply at all. Bad customer service :(

I have been wanting to email UOB. Can I confirm that other than internet email, UOB has no secured email in Internet Banking like the other banks?

quick question for those who applied for ONE account + card online: how soon (or long) did it take for the card to arrive after account approval?

Yes. Counts towards cashback on uob one card and also requirement for bonus interest.

Dunno about email but I've never had to wait for more than 5 minutes on their hotline after entering the phone otp, usually less.

If uob one card spending $500/mth but spending includes top ups (excluded from quarterly rebate). Will still be eligible for the uob one monthly spend interest?

Edit: called uob. The cso claim it's not considered as 500spend.

UOB one account monthly bonus interest calculation if you meet both criteria and has at least $50k :

((1.5*10000)+(2.0*20000)+(3.33*20000)-(0.05*50000))/100*[no of days in the month]/365

or simply

$(3.263*[no of days in the month])

Eg. July got 31 days, so it is $101.15

End of July B.U.M.P......

This year has 366 days, so is it still based on 365 days?

Interest has been based on computation of 365 days so far.

Maybe end of the year, got adjustment?

I put forward this question earlier in the year, why 365 and not 366 for 2016
