In practices, this card only works for Prudential and/or Aviva. And Prudential portal only allows you pay 12 days before the due day.
Aviva doesn't have online portal. Must use form and charge the whole amount to the card.
Actually can do for selected product with income too. Those with credit card payment method. But the main issue is annual payment mode doesn't fit monthly deduction . So give and take. I assume other insurer should work if can deduct directly to credit card collection

My next quarterly rebate is September.

i already spent more than what i did for this month. Quite fed up. I will call and ask if they can prorate my rebate n close my account asap.

the sian thing is, i got many utility bills pegged to this stupiak card. Do u all have too?

any tips on which card to use next for utility? I have a lean army of cards only. Dbswmc, dbs vantage, posb everyday (cold storage in my drawer), citirewards, citipm, hsbc revo, hsbc premier

looks like vantage cannot use for utility

Im thinking of using vantage for the time being to hit that $8000 goal. Think it’s not excluded…

ipm and cardup have been e savior for this card, which i think many have been using it to round off to 500 or 2000 every mth.

since it is no longer valid, i wan to cut e card. slowly transit out

Read HWZ Forum Rules!
Just transfered my funds from UOB one to Maybank saveup. UOB one with ipm was great while it lasted. Haiz

What is the best card for rebate after UOB one ?

There is no better card if you want cash rebate without specific category. OCBC Frank give 6% if you got min $600 and use paywave and online. Maybank give 8% for min $800 and specific category like dining, transport, telco payment, groceries. These 2 cards and Maybank Platinum can be used to replace UOB One.

do you guys think cardup and ipaymy will uplorry? the reason why they can survive is really because of the cash/miles reward isn't it? otherwise, why would people pay them commission to be the 'middleman'.

if more banks follow, I think they may be in trouble...

anyway, I'll just change my card spend habits to hit just $500 for this card.. at least got 3.33% and spend more on cold storage/giant/guardian for daily necessities to clock additional 5%...

just bad that no more cash rebate for all my insurance/tax payment. now headache dunno which card should use.. or just give up and revert to GIRO.

my thoughts... unless u have a uob one acct to earn the 1% interest rates, else, isn't better to use ocbc frank card to earn 6% with $600 min spend. unless of course spending $600 is a stretch.

yeah I still using UOB one account for the 1%.. better than nothing (for spare cash).

$600 might be a stretch... unless I splurge a bit more each month. the 6% cashback must be online spend, right? I hardly spend online...

If u r still earning the 1%, then makes sense to keep using the card.

ocbc frank 6% can be earned using online or paywave.

and if ur uob one spent is mostly those that gives 10% rebates, then it will be better than the 6% rebate ocbc frank gives.

paywave? aren't almost all card transactions now done via paywave? hmm.. that's a much better proposition to think about...

no I won't hit $2k spend so max with UOB One will be 3.33% + whatever qualifies for the extra 5% (e.g. cold storage or giant)

paywave as in using apple pay, google pay, samsung pay, grabpay etc to pay, not the physical card. sorry i was not being specific.
