were some of your spendings "unqualified" spending?Hello, my qualifying period is Aug to Oct and monthly statement posted on the 3rd of every month. I checked the monthly statement posted on both 3rd Oct and 3rd Nov both say my cash rebates is 0. I have been spending more than 1K a month for past 4 months from Aug till Nov. Any idea what could be wrong?
I think i need to check with UOB directly but even if I don't meet the $1K tier, I should still qualify for the $500 tier. I signed up for a therapy session for $3K and split into credit card installment for 6 months so $500 every month posted since June. I'm not sure if this one is unqualified.were some of your spendings "unqualified" spending?
like government related bills

No rounding but you can call to appealif my Nov spending on the One card was $499.96, will the bank just round up to $500? I made a mistake not tracking the last week and now praying I can still hit tier 1.
I believe the uob website is very clear. Mutually exclusive.Latest update on UOB one account
=================================
Spend min. S$500 (calendar month) on eligible UOB Card AND make 3 GIRO debit transactions - 2.50%
Spend min. S$500 on eligible UOB Card AND credit your salary via GIRO - 3.85%
Question is if i achieve all the above, do i get 2.50% + 3.85% = 6.35%, or UOB will just give the higher one (3.85%)?
