I've exceeded the monthly expenditure of $60 on SimplyGo for maximum cash rebates. For the rest of the month I should use another credit card right?

UOB has decided to reduce the attractiveness of its cards once again. :( Do take note of the upcoming changes for payment to educational institutions.

I have extracted the following info from my e-statement:

Wef 1 September 2019, please be informed that:
1) Applicable to all UOB Personal Credit Cards (except UOB Reserve, Visa Infinite Metal, Visa Infinite and Privilege Banking Cards) - payments to educational institutions will be excluded from rewards (base & accelerated UNI$ awarding) and cash rebate (min spend and awarding).
2) SMOOVPAY transactions will be excluded from rewards (accelerated UNI$ awarding) on UOB Preferred Platinum Visa Card.

Does Smoovpay include for UOB ONE spending ($500,$1000,$2000)?

Anyone try using UOB One card for NTUC INCOME annual vehicle insurance payment?

I called the UOB hotline and the CSO said vehicle insurance is not excluded but because it's under NTUC, he can't confirm :s22:

Have been unable to use Samsung Pay SimplyGo with UOB One for a few weeks.
At first I thought it is a problem with Samsung Pay and Visa card, but today I tried with UOB One cannot but with OCBC 365 can.
Anyone having the same problem?

Hi guys, just came to know about this thread.

Saw that the UOB One card offers "up to" 10% rebates for "all" Grab transactions.

Is that for real ? Any hidden clause ? I dun quite understand their TNC.

Base 3.33% or 5% following uob rebate , additional 5% on all grab transaction up to $100 per month.

So either you get 8.33% or 10%

This is going by the assumption you spend $500/$1000/$2000 per month for 3 months
