Just to update, UOB customer service got back to me on 29th Feb 2024 to say that Shopee have communicated with the bank to correct the transaction description and moving forward, transactions related to Shopee Supermarket will be correctly reflected under the transaction record as "Shopee Singapore SINGAPORE" like how it used to be. I had a new transaction from Shopee Supermarket on 4th Mar 2024 and can confirmed that the issue is now rectified.

Yes, I also have a recent transaction from Shopee Supermarket on 4th Mar, and it's currently showing as 'Shopee Singapore SSINGAPORE'.

As far as I am aware, UOB TMRW can track spends for bonus interest but unfortunately not for cashback. I wish that feature was available for cashback as well.

I've got a missing cold storage transaction on 2 March... it's not Pending nor posted.

Yes they are. Giga for my family and starhub bills are recurring and counted towards $500.

this is your quarterly rebate from last quarter. This will offset your bill at the end of your statement month.

Also, you do not need to spend $550 to get min $500 spend to be reflected in your next bill .....

You just need to spend $500, and it is OK to have your credit card bill shown as $450 as the $50 is rebate ....

As long as you still see the "$50" cash balance rebate is still there, the rebate has not been redeemed .....

It also requires min 5 transactions. Cannot buy for $500 in one single transaction
