VEP RFID collection ?

I registered in the VEP site and downloaded T&G app.
Do I need to verify in T&G app in order to book appointment?
I try to verify in T&G app but cannot find NRIC. Only Passport option but keep failing

u need to install the RFID so as to let the T&G app sync to your vehicle number as what what is registered in your VEP application.

summary.. register -> install RFID -> wait for confirmation of your tag linked to system -> use your app

But without the app verification etc, the appointment can't be booked. It put ewallet is not linked to the VEP or something.
So stuck at a part where appointment cannot be booked to install the rfid.

i see.. for my case the app comes after the installation of tag.

Almost same case here. Just that my e wallet not alot of money.
Now my account verified is with passport no. And can't change it to nric.
Then resulting in appointment cannot be booked.

You will need to call the touch & go hotline to ask them change to your nric.

Anyway, now cannot book appointment already. After Oct 1, they will open to all for walk-in

No official link for info yet, the info was verbally communicated at Pandan R&R when the system crashed on last Saturday.

Thing is, there is no indication/tab/link on the site to book an appointment! Anyone can help direct me which part of the site?

it's in the "My VEP" drop down box of the VEP portal.
Not useful now as cannot book appointment anyway.

Documents were kept and not returned.
