help on the ewallet

Hi,

think i missed out one step e-wallet, now i received the booking appointment email. and i try to book the appointment, keep prompt me the e-wallet is not tag. Please help me how to set the ewallet.

Download Touch n Go app. Register with NRIC only. Once VEP office, verified you have app registered and ewallet exists, invitation to collect VEP tag shall then be notified.

i have received the email to booked appointment before the Touch n Go been registered. This should be ok ?

can i ask for directions. if i choose to collect the tag at Gelang Patah Southbound RnR, can i still turn to Bukit Indah after that?

if not, which collection point should i go to instead?

Yes you can but the funny thing is u need to pay the toll when exit and u turn and pay the toll again to enter..

install RFID second

thirdly, use the app as they will link your vehicle number to the RFID tag number

lastly, e-wallet will be active for your usage.

however, all the apptments are full.
i called but no answer.
e-mail no answer.

There are two approaches to this. :o

Option 1: Drive through woodland CIQ and head to TnG office near the shell station, there is a vending machine to top up your physical TnG card and also to purchase a PIN number for ewallet top up. :o

The above option extended to watson store too but sometimes staff also blur dun know.:o

Option 2: Use credit card and you dun have to save credit card detail. :o As of now, DBS is charging exchange rate of 2.98. :o

I fixed my vep liao. So next time go customs, can i just tap my tng card on RC and Tng? Or must load money into ewallet?

My problem is , when trying to book appointment, a pop-up box says my e-wallet is not active. install RFID can not proceed. Any advice?

I registered for VEP few years ago and got the confirm slip then. Have been receiving email to book appointment many times. I recently also updated my profile for new expiry dates etc and got another confirm slip.
I have TnG e wallet app for a year now and also verified recently. I even top up last week with no problem.

Quite a mess...

Try uninstall tng app and delink to any car u have. Reinstall again n link to car again

I don't see any part that the TnG e-wallet app is linked to any car before installed the RFID.

Cos for me, i apply vep then download tng app. It autolink. I don't intend to put money in ewallet

Will this erase off my e-wallet money ??
I don't see any part that the TnG e-wallet app is linked to any car before installed the RFID.

My case the sequence was never clear to me, although I have most requirements.

Another doubt is the pop up says e-wallet ID must be NRIC for Singaporean but the TnG e-wallet ID last time only allowed Passport for non-Malaysian.
And I can not change/update it. Emailed to them but no reply.

Almost same case here. Just that my e wallet not alot of money.
Now my account verified is with passport no. And can't change it to nric.
Then resulting in appointment cannot be booked.
