Bro I just had Chickita for dinner. Your recommendation is spot on. The chicken was so good, we ordered more wings to share after.

The sides were not bad too. Especially the crab dip with flatbread, really chock full of crab chunks.

Price is abit on the high side, equivalent to what you pay for Nando’s in Singapore but I think it’s very worth it.

The price still ok.
1 Whole chicken in chickita = 330K VND = 20.00 SGD
1 Whole chicken in Nados = 36.90 SGD

The crab dip i tried as well, very nice but LOL they give the prata as pita.

Cripsy yam with cuttlefish, jhj.

Freid spring roll with meat

Fish with veg + those like bee hoon and veg.

Now back in Singapore. Don’t know when my company will send me to Vietnam next. Looks like next few outstation will all be Malaysia, so I will just have to come here and look at everyone’s updates

The locals are not used to the sauces.

If give them the choice of local vn wanton Mee/meepok/Mee Kia or sinkie/msia version wanton Mee/meepok/Mee Kia

Most I know will choose their local version

Usually I love to chill in the cafe which looks out to hoan kiem lake

Or chill out in the nearby book street

Evening time the. Take a slow walk around old quarter, beer street etc

Is the big lake (where Sheraton Hotel is located at) above Hoan Kiem Lake worth to visit? Not a museum person. Also, which cafe is good to relax with a cup of egg coffee?

for egg coffee... the one i always recommend is Giang cafe, The note coffee and Cafe Dinh

so far these three, their egg coffee imo are the best
