Curious why? Is it just for better audio quality when making voice calls or got other benefit?
So that I can make reliable voice calls wherever there's 4G and not have to rely on 3G. 3G coverage can be spotty nowadays.

My 3 months over. Wondering if I should get 3 more months from ZYM. 😂 I don't really like porting in and out tho.
Did they remove your 5G access? ZYM doesn't seem to..or has forgotten

I am expecting the referral code to give a one-time 2 to 3 dollars discount. Their website asks for it when I signup the vibe plan. Didn't know it is not needed.
Referral rebates only appicable to these plans.Vibe plan don't have.

Oh that’s interesting. Did they start turning off 3G network? Any idea if they will turn on VoLTE in the future? Or even Vo5G?

VoLTE sure will turn on.... When 3G is shutdown sometimes mid of next year. I think we should see VoLTE in Apr or May 2024

Just tried China esim from vivifi. It's garbage. Freaking slow... worst than 3g. China Unicom is garbage. Avoid at all costs.

Not sure if I should open a new thread or if I can use this, so will post here first and see.

I'm looking to join Vivifi and also contemplating putting my parents on my account. However, I was hoping to be able to test their services first to see before adding it. As such, hoping to clarify the following:

1. Can I start with an individual plan and then after 1-2 weeks or experience, change to the Share plan? Or would I need to wait until the following month/bill cycle?

2. If I can switch, would I still be able to get the special promo for the Share plan ($1 per additional line), or would that no longer be available to me, and just normal price?

3. What about the opposite: if I started with the family plan, could I then break up the lines into their accounts accounts/plans in the future, because one/several of them want to go to a different carrier?

4. I see the Share plan has a 12 month contract. Does that mean if I cancel the plan before the 12 month, there is a penalty? Any idea what it is?

5. I guess this is an extension of Q4: if only 1 of those lines want to leave after a couple of months to go to another carrier, is that a breach of contract even though the rest of the lines are on it?

Thank you!

It’s better you contact the telco directly as most of your questions are specific to their terms and conditions. Or you can try to read up their FAQ page.

Thanks. I did reach out and awaiting feedback but curious what others have seen as sometimes the rep may be giving wrong info.

Or maybe can get some best practice on how to approach what I want to do.

I think you can send your inquiries via email. Save all email exchanges. If the agent provided incorrect info, ask them to fulfill their promises with evidence.
