Day 3 with vivifi. Very satisfied so far after going all around Singapore and getting strong signal almost everywhere. Was previously with M1 and sick of their lousy signal.

When I had issue with porting, I emailed in for urgent help and gotten prompt assistance and settled the port in within 2 hours. Thereafter I replied asking other questions and their response was around 1 day, even reply me today on Saturday. Not too bad since not urgent.

Because Singtel doesn’t want to cannibalise their own customers. Ownself earn more profitable than letting third party earn.

btw you can transfer gomo to vivifi, just not for the Vibe plan.
Things change liao?

Back in Aug, I was able to port from gomo to vivifi vibe 4g plan......

Are referring to getting constant 5G signal or 4G signal?

Do you sign up the vibe 5g or the binge 5g? or just of the 4g?

I'm porting on 15 years starhub num to vififi soon, hope no regrets and can port else where if vififi sucks...

hope any existing vififi user can advise

I'm on vibe 4G with free 3 months 5g trial. But this 5g trial will kick in on the second month. So I'm not on 5g yet. Quite satisfied la so far on 4g as compared to M1.

Any feedback on Vivifi Travel SIM? Has anyone used it yet? Seems to be reasonably priced for the coverage.

actually i looked at vivifi roam package few time, it is good if you travel few places together. I am going japan dec i think buying a prepaid SIM in shopee is better and more gb allocated.

I don't use this. For Thailand I use local prepaid sim instead. This will be more for convenience and if travelling to many of the covered destinations.

Just activated my sim and waiting for porting over from m1 tonight.

May I check for those using the roaming $12 for 5gb. Do they send you a new sim card then when we travel we have to switch to the card? Can't seem to find enough info on their travel sim card. Planning to head to Aust and msia back to back in Dec. 5gb at $12 seems like a good deal.

Yes, They sent another SIM card for the Travel SIM $12 for 5GB for 30 days. I just put the new card in 2nd SIM slot, switched Mobile Data to SIM2 and turn on Data Roaming. It works immediately in Taiwan and Japan.
