Anyone port in vividly from simba?
actually simba so far ok for me, always shown 5G in sg, and roaming to china / Malaysia had tried and very happy, prob is sg spotty coverage.
Since vividly vibe also come out $10 100GB and free roaming for 12 mth, so wan to have a try on it under SingTel network, and most importantly my iphone physical sim slot taken by china Unicom which served for bank sms, so will only consider the other esim from local mvno.

FYI Vivifi only has roaming to 4 locations. You must live right in the heart of town to always see 5G Simba in sg. :D

Just ranting:

I have been with VIVIFI for >1yr, But recently I wrote in to upgrade my VIVIFI Share (cannot upgrade via website, have to email them)

I emailed them in 27-Sep-2023 to upgrade my plan, till now the upgrade have not been reflected on my VIVIFI profile page (but subscription fee is upgrade amount, clap clap)

I have been emailing them to ask them abt the progress (04-Oct, 13-Oct, 19-Oct, 20-Oct, 30-Oct and today)

But all they replied is "Apologize our service provider is investigating your case. We are still chasing and following up closely with the service provider. Do allow us some time to get back."

1 full month and it is still not resolved and they don't bother to update U unless U email them to check on the status and every email takes them 3 WORKING days to reply.

So if support is essential to U as a subscriber, please look for other MVNO/Telcos.

I will be switching all my 4 lines out as soon as I can.

Seems like this is one of more reliable telco now. Dont see any complaints about connectivity from recent days posts

BTW can ask, what is the difference between VIFIFIFI binge 5g e-sim (24.73) and VIFIFI Vibe? (19.90)

Vibe is a limited time promotion, Binge is a permanent offering.

Not sure why the link post that helped me differ the difference was deleted.. really thankful to the guy who posted the ads, sorry couldn catch ur your user name bef they deleted it.

my understanding is that the current vibe 5g offer is way cheaper than binge 5g, (19.90+$20 rebate voucher vs 24.73) but has way lesser data (100gb vs vs 160gb). the binge plans also offer esim which vibe plan dont

Just activated my sim and waiting for porting over from m1 tonight.

May I check for those using the roaming $12 for 5gb. Do they send you a new sim card then when we travel we have to switch to the card? Can't seem to find enough info on their travel sim card. Planning to head to Aust and msia back to back in Dec. 5gb at $12 seems like a good deal.

Kind of confused with the transfer of ownership steps:
if my current number which is tagged to my dad's NRIC under GIGA - I want to transfer ownership to VIVFI.
How should i get about it? Port over the line first then initiate transfer?

Anyone using VIVIFI around BP Senja Gateway area?
Previously could not make or receive calls with Zym, most likely 3G deadspot, just wondering if by any chance it was a zym issue instead of a Vivifi issue

Any idea why gomo cant transfer to vivifi ?
Is vivifi reliable ?? :)
Txs in advance for replying my queries
Because Singtel doesn’t want to cannibalise their own customers. Ownself earn more profitable than letting third party earn.

btw you can transfer gomo to vivifi, just not for the Vibe plan.

Vibe are those attractive promotions.. if no vibes then not attractive.. :( txs for replying.
Maybr port out gomo first .. try simba then decide later if vivifi or zym.
Gomo discrimination is no gd .. like banks distinguish old money (offer lousy deposits rate) vs fresh funds..
