Take not for those who think it's "FOREVER".

Their website saying the 50GB is for 12 months only.

My understanding is that if you use their limited time “FOREVER” code, it’s forever. Otherwise a regular sign up will only be 50GB for 12 months.

Yes, apparently there is a newer promotion that is really "FOREVER" as mentioned by @gapboy.

I just saw the footnote * on the same "FOREVER" promotion brochure.

*20GB after 12 months

Maybe those who have signed up for the "FOREVER" promotion can share their experience.

Managed to get some response from Vivifi's Customer Service.
If you sign up using "FOREVER" then the bundle is valid forever, if not then it is for 12months only.

Cool! Is this better than the ‘FOREVER’ promotion?

Still 50GB data + 300mins/sms after 12 months?

personally speaking no idea.. if scared... just go to https://melissa.com.sg/ and what email u use for giga make an account there using the same email.

VIVIFI The company was founded by Terence Yow, the man behind Enviably Me Pte Ltd, an exclusive distributor of Melissa shoes in Singapore and Malaysia. Yow realised that Singapore and the world are in the midst of the biggest technology revolution, so he went on creating VIVIFI.

Any actual subscribers to share their indoor mobile speed? Please do indicate your district as well for reference, thanks.

That's going to be quite pointless and entirely dependent on signal strength inside your particular unit.

3. Before you meet VIVIFIers to collect SIM Cards, please bring along the following:

- Your original NRIC / FIN (required if you did not sign up using Singpass)

- Show us the email confirmation that your VIVIFI SIM is ready for collection (with Email Header and Order ID), or Tell us your Order ID

I read this many times, unfortunately it doesn't mention when the email will be sent after putting in a order. And the self-collect near me happens to be the earliest slot!
Guess home delivery maybe a safer choice if I need it ASAP.

$12 home delivery quite steep imo, take train to the other location is still worth it instead of home delivery. Maybe the singpass one a bit better

Yeah lor, definitely taking the $5 home delivery with Singpass. I had wanted to apply for 2 lines, but doesn't look like I can deliver 2 sim cards in one delivery unless it's a Share plan.

Not sure if you've already sign up, I sign up using singpass and the confirmation email comes very fast, within min. So u can literally collect on the day u sign up if the collection is near ur place.
