Not sure if you've already sign up, I sign up using singpass and the confirmation email comes very fast, within min. So u can literally collect on the day u sign up if the collection is near ur place.

I just did a signed up, but the email that was sent within minutes was a congratulation email for completing the order, it is not the confirmation email. Will update later when I get the confirmation email.

Just for the record, I received the confirmation email at 2:53PM, about 6 hours after the congratulation email.

Oh dear, it took so long? Did u sign up using singpass or not? I sign up using singpass on Sunday, I assume no one is working at their end or to verify the nric, I got the collection Id within like 25 mins. I was half expecting that I would get a reply the next one or two working days.

Anyway, speaking of the devil, I just received the email that my sim is ready for collection. But can only collect on mon/wed/fri zzz.

Yes, I used Singpass too. Guess you signed up at the lucky hour

Now just have to wait for a suitable collection slot near me...
I actually had 2 lines to signed under me. So after my first account was verified at 3PM, I proceed to order my second line, and the order email came in about 9PM, 6 hours processing too. But for this second line I selected $5 home delivery.

Haha guess I'm lucky that all my 3 sign up for porting over gets the collection email around the same time.. Was planning to collect on this Fri but since the email came so fast so I went to the do the collection ytd instead.

Sigh i am a myrepublic subscriber. I want to sign up with vivifi but really reluctant to hand over nric after the data leak. Are they just collecting because they can , should not require NRIC after submitting the myinfo

Put watermark and date on the ID, like strictly for vivifi PLAN name application on exact date. Something like that lo. Some mitigation better than nothing

Yup, can't change first name last name also. I've contacted their support team and waiting for their respond.
