It seems like Vivifi is matching the plan entitlements for existing users, as new users that sign up under the promotion that started from 8th Aug 2024 are getting 200 GB (extra 100 GB for first 12 months).
yes I don't mean the change from 100GB to 200GB

I mean I have used 50GB from 1 aug to 15 aug. Then on 16 Aug, suddenly my usage down to 0GB. So this month 250GB for me haha

How come the bill invoice due date is 18th but the billing page at the website indicates that deduction will take place on 25th? Last month bill invoice also indicated 18th and the deduction took place on 18th, but not for this month.

Their billing deduction is quite erratic, but usually it's on the 25th.

Had a few calls on VoLTE but i feel it is not as clear leh. Like no diff from 3G. The worst thing is when you are in a current call and there's a 2nd line calling, the call become distorted till i cannot hear what the person is saying.

All the while it was 25th, then last month it changed to 18th and the bill was charged on 18th. This month the bill also showed 18th but no deduction yet up til today...

with VoLTE, the voice is transmitted digitally via data and not the analog 3G. If unclear, maybe the area you were during then the signal was very weak till data is working well?

Before VoLTE my 3G phone call, the line will keep cutting at home n office with 50% or less bar with decent 4G signal strength. I guess ST didn't spend time to do much maintenance for the 3G network. End up making a WA call might be better but not ideal.

I previously subacribed for the family plan and ported all my family member's numbers in.

Who is the owner of the sub lines numbers? Me or my individual family members?

I tried porting out the sub lines and was told the porting failed as I am not the owner ☹

Hi,

im currently on CMLink.
tried porting out to vivifi but they received the following error ā€œPostpaid line with this MSISDN is not active in Singtelā€.

called cmlink and they mentioned that my number has no restriction and can be ported out anytime. Vivifi insisted cmlink needs to release my number.. did anyone resolved this issue?

I was at Buona Vista area during that time and it was an open space. Surprisingly 3G network works better for me in this case.

Yesterday it happened again when i was at NHCS, my call became distorted and disconnected when 2nd party called in. This not only happened once but thrice and no choice have to tell 2nd party to stop calling first. And i'm pretty sure the signal at my area is strong.

this kind only telco can give u the answer, next is imda for them both to fix it together or even pull singtel into the picture
only those who work in either or the triple might know the internal terms
consumer will be too hard to understand this error since both are singtel mvno but still give singtel error how to isolate whose fault?

Anyone faced similar issue as me?
- tried porting out to another mvno, they say vivifi rejected coz nric mismatch. Ask me verify with vivifi then request again. Verified with Vivifi line is mine and under my nric, port in rejected again
- gave up and try another mvno (cancelled my application with previous one), same thing twice id number mismatch and got rejected by vivifi.
--> is this vivifi issue or the port in mvno issue? Or it's just vivifi guailan don't wan to let me port out?
