I'm now coming to 6 months of usage liao. 5G was once activated but gone after 3 mths but today suddenly, 5G came back.
However, my wife line remains as 4G. We ported over to Vivifi at the same time and both on the same plan.
then no idea .. foc is good

Anyone faced similar issue as me?
- tried porting out to another mvno, they say vivifi rejected coz nric mismatch. Ask me verify with vivifi then request again. Verified with Vivifi line is mine and under my nric, port in rejected again
- gave up and try another mvno (cancelled my application with previous one), same thing twice id number mismatch and got rejected by vivifi.
--> is this vivifi issue or the port in mvno issue? Or it's just vivifi guailan don't wan to let me port out?
I am facing same issue..
Tried two different telecom providers.

5G NSA is like: your phone camps on a 4G spectrum, for example band 3. When your phone thinks you need higher bandwidth, it automatically adds another 5G aggregaton.
5G SA is like: your phone always camps on 5G spectrum, not using 4G at all.

So during normal use, if using NSA, your phone will actually use 4G most of the time. Only when doing speed tests, 5G will kick in.
That's why when running a speed test on NSA, first few seconds will only get maybe 100Mbps down. After a few seconds, 5G is connected, can get 600Mbps+ or even 1Gbps

not bad deal. Cheaper than zym by $1.10. Somemore with eSIM and Singtel's 5G NSA.
Oh wait, they mentioned port-in perks except for singtel, heya and gomo, meaning those on zym and zero1 also can get their 5G NSA and bill discount.

Not bad for consumers, looks like singtel is reallu opening up the competitiveness for base $10 plan across it's MVNOs. We just need them to give at least 1GB international roaming, just like Simba.

I checked my family and given name. The sequence is wrong.

VIVIFI asked me to email them a copy of my NRIC for change of name. I did not change my NRIC, and the NRIC also did not stated which is family name and given name.

Did VIVIFI request to update the name by sending them the same copy of your NRIC by email too? I do not know want to email my NRIC if possible.
