How is the customer support of Vivify compared to ZYM?

ZYM's customer support is lackluster in terms of responsiveness. Simple questions on their main live whatsapp chat can take up to 3-4hrs for reply per question. Is Vivify the same?

Yes. I'm using Vivifi eSIM on iP15P.
Btw how's the data connection for you? I feel ever since they removed 5G trial, their 4G is a bit laggy, and signal strength is much weaker.

I had signed up for the Share plan a couple of months back where each sub line was $1/month for 12 months. It's less than 12 months but I want to add 2 more sub lines.

Currently, the promo for Share plan is $3.88/sub line for 12 months.

Any idea when I sign up for the 2 new sub lines, would I be paying:
1. Standard price of $6.50/line/month
2. Current promo price of $3.88/line/month
3. Previous promo price of $1.00/line/month

i am also on vivifi esim.. yes indeed after 5g free trial... left with 4G, sometimes i encountered blind spot also.. which means have data coverage but no data...

last time when i was with zym, their 5g stays forever even after the trial.... (it seems not a bug or what, but simply something quietly give to the users)
if not becos vivifi is the only mvno (not directly under sinktel) that has esim, i may stick to zym due to that...

up to 10gb roaming only if u sign up the 5gb roam plan and rollover, if u get the 1gb roaming, only 2gb

same here, my free roaming also disappear, tot is some bug or rather it happened just after I submitted the requested to switch to the vibe value plan...

port to something else .. no freebies like roaming after 12mth is a deal breaker for almost everyone.. M1 maxx 7.90 plan is a good deal to port to as well

Port to $0 Eight plan.

I think ZYM's $15 plan is a better deal than Vivifi's, especially since non-singtel port ins mean 5G is free. This would improve network coverage and performance for the user.
