there is a vivifi binge promo earlier 50gb forever... just no more now

Ya... Too bad missed out. But np la, the 1 year limit forces me to look out and port to better deals. I believe deals will only get better in the coming months.

Given how the Big Three are pushing new plans with 5G by default, it’s hard to have much better deals than now.
It’s probably going to reverse course and prices might increase soon, and “comes with 5G” is part of the reason.

Just to report that my 4 lines with VIVIFI have been excellent... I have been using it as normal... OTPs from banks and other sources all ok... definitely a money saver with the Lite plan...

1 week already and OTP issue still not resolved, send support email just say we'll forward to relevant party for further investigation and get back to you. Terrible.

you are just unlucky i have otp issues last time with grid mobile too .. well at least thier CS is good in response and i got a callback from Grid tech person 2nd day to understand my issue.

this is the scary part for MVNOs. Some have no issue at all for OTP. Some will just simply having issues.

anyone has problem porting to vivifi from other telco
and anyone has problem porting out from vivifi?
i am thinking to get the share plan of 120gb for 2 pax usage
$37.25
saves $10.75 monthly

I ported 4 lines... 1 main line and 3 SharePlus lines - all from Singtel... no issues with the porting... I guess Im fortunate... all the lines have no issues receiving OTPs... but my lines only receive OTPs from established businesses like our local banks (for credit card purchases) and medical institutions. SingPass App also working very well as well as the digital tokens for the banking apps...

I don't know how much data you use, but all my 4 lines are on the Lite plan... 3 GB more than enough since I'm on wifi like 99% of the time...

Haven't tried porting out from VIVIFI... unless there's a similar deal with the same specs and cheaper than $8.80...

I ported from M1 in July this year. No issues at all.
Everything was smooth.

I think they have solved all the issues in the back days for other telcos

I think the issue seems to be porting in from other MVNOs... the smaller MVNOs may not manage their numbers so well... so porting in to VIVIFI may present some issues...

what about porting all the lines from different telcos to this vivifi share plan? instead of choosing vivifi phone numbers
