Ok so I’ve submitted request for port over on 23, and activated today at 130pm. When should I use the new sim?

I don't think there are any telcos giving out micro sim only cards anymore, check closely for more break lines on your sim card.

Activated what time? Think both activation and port in must be before 6:30. Mine from ST FOSS line port in no issue, check your port in status on the portal?

I have tried the speed test on Huawei and iPhone with the latter hitting 200mbps while 70+ on the other
Really fast, even faster than SingTel itself

Try switching to 3G. Had similar low reception in some places and switching to 3G helped

Yes, checked. Reinsert SIM card, reset etc

Ya, it auto switch to 3G, but some place zero bar.

If zero bar only at home and other place no problem then you cannot use singtel mvno. Try StarHub giga, hopefully can.

Might have early termination charges though, iirc vivifi has 2 months minimum
