any reply from them or any further update on your case?ported out 2 lines in 26 oct and have paid 1 month bill on the 25 oct. despite that, vivifi continue to bill me on the 25 nov today. no way to remove cc as account login is gone. had email them like 1000000 times between port out and now but there was no response from those joker.

I was using 3 different devices on 3 different networks:
- Laptop on ViewQwest (fiber)
- iPhone on Vivifi
- iPad on SIMBA
All didn't load the website at that time, but it seems fine now with those same devices
I knew I wasnโt crazyโฆ at least when it came to thisI encountered similar issues before with their login page. Since there's no VIVIFI app, I saved their login page and added to my iOS home screen. There were several occasions that the page just refused to load - showing a blank screen or kept prompting me to login. Manually typing in their url didn't work either.
Tried again some time later and like in your case, it worked as per usual. If not for their free 9 months promo with 5G when porting from CL, would have chosen ZYM or Zero1 instead.
From experience on my line, it is automatically deducted from the right pack, meaning if you go MIT, it deducts from the Roam 6 pack, otherwise deducted from Roam 14 pack if other places outside of MIT but covered in Roam 14 pack countries. In summary, their deduction is auto, no action required from customer.Hi All,

1. Vivifi Go - Roam 14 (30Gb) - APAC
2. Vivifi Go - Roam 6 (600Gb) - Malaysia, Indonesia, Thailand
Do I need to select a particular pack if a country is listed in both packs? I looked at the Dashboard but I don't see any option to select.
A family member is going to Thailand. I want to ensure that the roaming pack to be used is the 'Roam 6', and not the 'Roam 14'.
I will be grateful if someone can advise me, especially if you have a few activated roaming packs and have figured out how to select / specify to use from a particular roaming pack. Thank you.
