Noticed as of 27 February 2026, there is a free 10 mins of Roam Incoming calls for all countries, valid till 01 March 2056.
It is good. Which means, not worried on rejecting incoming roaming calls when out of SG.

Oh yes you are right. Just realised it too. It’s a special add-on? Don’t see it in their website.

finally they have something for those situations when overseas and a call comes in. I wish they had better rates to receive calls while overseas, or support VoWiFi, since $4.10/minute is just insane. 10 minutes should be enough to tell the caller to call you on WhatsApp or you will call them back on another number that has free SG calling while overseas like SIMBA or eight (but in select countries only, surprised USA not one of them).

I do wish they offer packages for customers who want or need more than 10 minutes. Would definitely purchase when traveling. Or include in in the Data Roaming booster packs.

VIVIFI 5G+ FAQ has not been updated to mention the date of 5G NSA network shutdown yet.
https://www.vivifi.me/5gplus/

Zym and CMLink mention the date.

Zero1 and VIVIFI do not mention a specific date.

Let's see if it will really happen or not.

As far as I know, NSA shutdown should be on 31st March 2026, as communicated by a number of Singtel MVNOs and Singtel themselves to GOMO customers.

Maybe attempts to shut down NSA caused the outage recently. 😂

Haha, they claim the following three reasons

1) Mechanical fault on 16 March 2026

2) Software upgrade issues on 17 March 2026

3) Network optimization for 18 March 2026 and says this may cause intermittent issues continuously for small number of customers in the near future.

Let's see if we will have more issues on 31 March and 1 April 2026, if they really shut down 5G NSA network...

any vivifi user can confirm are you on NSA or SA now? And are you on paid 5G plan or free 5G trial?

I am on 5G trial. Still NSA even till today.

Was Vivifi down when Singtel was down in recent Singtel outage ?

Not so sure about other VIVIFI users but one of my colleagues did not have issues.

We were having lunch together on Monday 16 March 2026.

One colleague using Singtel mobile plan with 24 month device contract -- affected for about one hour+.
My Singtel S$15.28 SIM Only line -- affected for about one hour+.
My Zym S$10.1 line -- not affected
Another Singtel Gomo user -- affected for a short while (less than 10 minutes)
One VIVIFI user -- not affected
